March 23, 2020
To our valued patrons:
Per Gov. Brown’s announcement this morning, Consignment Northwest will be pausing normal store operations by 6:00 pm, Monday, March 23, 2020.
We know there are a lot of questions, which we will do our best to answer here.
We will not be staffing the store, so will be unable to process any sales. Any item that was already purchased that has not been picked up will be held here safely until the store resumes operations.
We will be issuing an early payout, for all items sold through end of day today. This payout will be mailed by Wednesday 3/25/20, as we will not be open for in-store pick up.
For items at end of contract:
We will automatically hold these items, and will not process any automatic donations. When store operations are resumed, we will contact you to discuss options.
For current consignments:
All items on current contract will be open to extension of contract. Details will follow once normal store operations resume. Items will be held safely in our secured and monitored store until that time.
For consignment requests:
We will not be taking additional consignments (drop offs or scheduled pickups) until normal operations have resumed. Please check back with us.
If your contact information has changed, please email us at: info@consignNw.com to let us know of that update.
Our voicemail and emails will be monitored, but very infrequently. Please expect extended delays in responses.
We know that these are trying times, and we apologize for any inconvenience. As we outlined on our first update, know that this shut-down is only temporary. Rest assured that when the air clears, CNW will re-open and welcome everyone back. That is a promise.
We are all in this together. We hope you and your loved ones stay safe.
From all of us:
Roger McMerrick, Paula, Tamara, Barbara, Brianna, Shylo, Jocelyn, Sydney, Sam and Farrah
